The Founder: VERONICA SYOMBUA
Veronica Syombua is a licensed counseling psychologist, registered with the Counsellors and Psychologists Board of Kenya, and the founder of Worker Towers Counselling Services, where she provides mental health support to individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Veronica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Kenyatta University and has trained in several evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). In addition, she has completed Cognitively-Based Compassion Training (CBCT) from Emory University, USA and Compassionate Integrity Training (CIT).
As a therapist, Veronica is dedicated to creating a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotions and develop effective coping strategies. She works with diverse populations and integrates holistic, client-centered interventions into her practice. Through Work Towers Counselling Services, Veronica also focuses on workplace mental health, offering programs to help professionals manage stress, build emotional resilience, and enhance work-life balance.
Passionate about continuous learning, Veronica regularly offers workshops on stress management, emotional resilience, and self-compassion, striving to stay at the forefront of emerging trends in mental health. She is committed to fostering well-being through collaborative, empathetic therapeutic relationships.
